The Ghana Education Service (GES) has announced that it will release the list of shortlisted candidates for its ongoing National Service Personnel (NSP) recruitment on July 20, 2026.

In an official update issued on Wednesday, June 24, the Service indicated that it is currently reviewing applications submitted by candidates across the country. The process, according to management, is focused on ensuring that all applicants meet the criteria outlined in the initial recruitment notice.

GES noted that the assessment phase is expected to be finalised by June 30, after which preparations will begin for the publication of the shortlist. The Service reassured applicants that the selection process is being handled with transparency and in accordance with established guidelines.

Following the release of the shortlist, successful candidates will proceed to the next stage of the recruitment process, which includes onboarding at both regional and district levels. This exercise is scheduled to take place from July 20 to August 31 and is designed to equip recruits with the necessary orientation for their roles within the education sector.

GES further stated that all candidates who successfully complete the onboarding process will officially report for duty on August 31, marking the conclusion of the recruitment exercise.

The Service expressed gratitude to all applicants for their interest and patience, encouraging them to await further updates as the process progresses.
